Shipping Methods
- toolcase.gr sends orders all over Greece.
- Up to 3 kg, all orders have a charge of 3 €. For every extra kilo and up to 8kg, the charge is 0.9 € per kilo.
- The shipments of the products are made with ACS courier up to 8kg and for larger parcels with transport.
- For shipments by shipping, the cost is 10 € for a package from 8kg to 16kg. Over 16kg, the cost is 16 €.
- For cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of € 1.8. Valid for orders up to 8kg.
- Free shipping on orders over € 100 up to 8kg.
Returns
- toolcase.gr accepts returns within 15 business days of ordering the product.

- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer (excluding cash on delivery costs), unless he receives the wrong product or a confirmed defective product.
